slide rear axal forward
remove 4 mounting bolts from tunnel for skid frame and pull out skid frame
remove secondary clutch
remove exhaust can and pipe
remove brake caliper from its mount , leave hose on it!
remove cover from chain case
back off chain tenchioner and remove lower gear and chain
remove speedo drive cable and 3 bolts that hold that cover on..
remover 4 bolts that go threw the tunnel behind the chain case
remove chain case from tunnel, there is a seal that should be replaced on the shafts!
push drive shaft to the left and drop it down out of the hole then remove!

you now have the track in your hands..... air tools and a second set of hands helps ALOT!

That's kinda the hard way, isn't it? I wouldn't bother with step 7, 11 & 12. Unless you have an old sled that needs new chain case bearings and seals. Otherwise just leave the breaks and chain case on and simply slide the drive shaft out the left side. Just be careful with the seals and inspect for leaks once assembled. :D
