I have a 94 zr580 as a backup/second sled...I want to make clutching changes but don't really want to spend the 170.00 for a clutch kit. Anybody know any good setups? Thanks in advance... :D

The only clutching changes I have made to my 94 ZR580 is to add a roller cover to the secondary. It was around $75CDN at the dealer for Cat parts. It makes a noticeable improvement in backshift. The response out of a corner is much quicker and smoother. I have not yet changed the helix, but may do that one of these days. I lost 2 - 300 RPM's on top with the roller cover on the stock 53deg helix, but I have not felt a real negative impact on overall performance. I run a Cat 9 tower primary with the stock green/yellow spring and stock weights. The engagement and RPM's are fine, but I too would be interested in hearing of more detailed set-ups.
