why bother?a sled that old isn't worth the hassel of trying to retro-fit anything in.ya you can do it but , just spring for a newer sled.

AAH, it's cheaper to modify an old sled.

The thing is I love this sled and I already have the stock suspension from my 98 ZR600 that I put an M10 in and was stolen. *Thank God for insurance.

Nothing is impossible anyway. *The only factor is cost.
I'm putting the ETT from a 98zr in my 86phazer this summer. *I know it's possible, it just might turn out to be more of a pain in the rump than I'm hoping for.
But I will do it.

The ETT suspension requires the ETT tunnel which also requires the tank/seat, it is molded. The ETT has a upward rake in the rear of the tunnel, this is what makes it ETT. This not being there, the suspension will hit you hard as it is bottoming out. Your best bet would be an M10, or a 1997 or 98, then change the graphics, if you want. Haydays is just around the corner.

Oh yeah, the torque link is new also.

If you know a good tinner you can make a tunnel section that measures the same, Just Copy A 97 or newer tunnel back half.
