Just wondering if anyone knows the proper torque for the head bolts, big and small ones, as well as the proper carb adjustments. Do they have all this in the repair manual. Maybe I should just go get one I guess, But it's not the same without shooting the ####. Thanks gents

Your pretty safe at 22lbs.....start at 18lbs and then work your way up......you can never go wrong with a service manuel...as for the carbs ,not sure on what model you have. :)

thanks alot man. it's a 2000 phazer 500(485). I'm pretty good with the mechanic's of the carb and the rest of the sled. I just need the specs for the carb adjustment because yamaha wants like $120 for a repair manual that I don't really need. Do you know any tips for getting more bang out of that 485CC phazer.
