: No New Sled, So...

I don't think that a new sled is in the budget this year, so I think that I 'm going to upgrade my current ones. :( I've been thinking of changing the stock skid on my 2002 viper to a M-10 or an Expert X. And have been wondering who has replaced theirs with either and which would give a better result. I also started thinking what the impact would be on the front end. Should I plan on any changes in the front ( shocks, skis, ect.) or keep the original and maybe think about a camoplast track or ????

Any help out there,....anyone,....anyone,....anyone??? Beuler,....Beuler

Thanks, Dan

dwhee,

Get in touch with Rich from www.Richmotorsports.com. He had an Expert in his Viper and had some problems with it. I believe it tended to flex/twist on him. The M-10 might be the way to go. Since the front has decent travel as stock, you should be O.K. leaving it as is. As far as the skis, you can't go wrong with C&A's, or SLP's. Put a Ripsaw on it and you'll be extremely happy with your changes.
