I need to replace the torn 15" X 121" track on my '96 XCR 600 and would like to know of any other locations selling replacement tracks below retail price. Here is what I have found so far for deals: Tracks USA (http://www.tracksusa.com/index.html) and Sled Track (http://www.sledtrack.com/)

I don't have many options since the largest lug I can go is 1" according to Polaris. Sledtracks has a Camoplast Durosport w/ .75 lugs for $310 which supposively has premolded holes for studs. Camoplast's website is not informational so I cannot verify this is true.

Thanks in advance for any info you could provide.

I don't know about that man, i would ask around. I run a 96 XLT and i have an 1 1/4 track, and one guy i know had a 97 with a 1 1/2 track, and no rubbing. I think you may have more options than you think.

The owners manual identifies 1" lugs as the largest that should be put on this sled. I wonder if they are right since the coolers are not in the tunnel but rather in
front and on the side. I just contacted Polaris so now I wonder how long it takes them to get back to me.

As far as prices, the cheapest I have found is $285 shipped for a Camoplast
from Sled Tracks (http://www.sledtrack.com/) and Tracks USA (http://www.tracksusa.com/index.html) has the same one for $320 shipped from which to my suprise is based out of Minnesota. I will probably wait for the Haydays prices that seem to always be reasonable.

Another site to check for tracks is richmotorsports.com, they seem to have good prices on tracks and such.
