1992 kawasaki 750SS jetski, coffmans exhaust, msd ignition, modified jet drive, quadra fin, Skat trac, K&N air filter, could only find one pic on the internet will post some when i get them. couple questions tho, im not always using it, is there anything i should do to it while im not using it? And when it comes time for it to be put away and the sled pulled out what should i do to winterize it? i kno the exhaust and jet drive will have water in them i just dont want that freezing and cracking something. it has a single 40mm carb on it. it runs great and has just a bit over 150PSi each cyllender! What are the up's and downs if there is any? ive heard they have weak crank shafts in them. this one seems fine and i make sure it gets the oil injection plus some premix in the tank. i am using shell advance 2 stroke oil and if i want to start using castrol oil should i drain the tank first? this is my first ski! heres a pic and i will get some more. thanks in advance!

I have a 96 sl650 . The jet on the newer ones clean them self out. I have a book for mine and i do what the book tells me.

On my ski it tells me to grease the drive shaft every 10 hrs.

For the winter i also pressure wash it and spray down all the cabels with wd 40. I also flood out the motor(fog it). Good louck.

I love riding my jet ski i just wish that we would have had more of a summer for it.

just for verification you guys know that wd-40 actually sucks all the moisture out of metal......

you shouldnt soak wd-40 onto anything unless you are trying to loosen it.

you'd be way better off using Rust Check, thats what its made for.
