When im riding, i like to stand alot. Unfortunately i am hunched over because the handlbars are too low...I would like to ad a riser block, and im wondering whos done this and what the best height would be....or is it simply adjusted to my personal preference. Thanks...

I made my own block and raised mine 1" without changing the cables. I don't think you could go any higher than that. Made a big difference in the feel of the machine. Check out my yamamutt project to see the details.
