I'm rebuilding the engine in a Formula Z and i would like to get the engine looking like new. Does Ski-Doo offer paint that will look like the original (aluminum)? I don't have access to a bead blaster. or has anyone found a color that looks like stock?

I dont think SD has anything to offer and even if they did your gonna pay $25 a can for it, and its nothing special.

I know Ive seen different engine finishes available at PepBoys or any of the big national car parts companies. You can use any good quality spray paint on your engine. The engine surface dosent get hot enough to bother it.
