When David Peterson had beer in the cornerstore as one of his planks in his campaign in Ontario, the so-called experts said that the turnout among 18-25 year old voters was the highest it had ever been. He was premier from 1985 to 1990. I still don't see beer in the corner store other than at "agency stores" in the middle of nowhere. Is it any wonder 69% of Canadians distrust politicians?
