My daughter rides a 95 formula 380 what would be a good gas charged shock upgrade?

It would depend on how old or how much she weighs, (not meant as an insult) Gas shocks tend to be stiffer, and designed for more agressive riding.

I'd suggeste Kimpex pro-gold, you can get em from places like http://www.royaldistributing.com. They're fairly inexpensive as far as gas shocks go, but are still a quality product, and certainly an improvement on your 10 year old oil shocks.

Russ would the front shocks and front skid shock have collars to adjust the spring pressure? The stock shocks do not have any adjusment at all. Also are the kimplex shocks rebuildable? This has been an excelent little sled I bought it new ,its perfect for a young rider.I also have a set of simmons flex skis on the sled they are awsome!!!!

I think so and I don't think so.

I put them in my 94 mach 1 and the rear ones all used a collar to adjust. The front suspension is a little different than your formula's however.

The best way would be to get the part numbers off the stock shocks and give royal a call to see what they stock. You might have to be a little creative, as they might not list parts for that model, maybe steal the part numbers off a higher performance model (form Z, mxz, etc)
