Anyone know or know where i can get the specs for the stock track on the 89 phazers? I think its a 116x15 track but not too sure and what size lug is on it? also whats the biggest track i could put on there without having clearance issues(im talking about the biggest lug on a track)?

Stock was 116x15 and lugs were 1/2".
I put a 121x15x.91 track on my '86 (with a cat skid) and had plenty of clearance. I think I could have went as high as 1.25" lugs.

ya i saw ur project u did it looked pretty sweet w00t is there anywhere that i can get rail exstensions cuz ive been lookin around and i cant find nuthin that will make a 116 into a 121 :(

I'm not aware of any extensions for that sled. Just replace the whole skid frame because that stock phazer suspension is a piece of crap anyway.
