Already saw it and it wasn't bad. Same as all the previous ones. It does tie in nicely with the others as well. Two thumbs up.

Strange enought I won't be going to see it. I'm supposed to be extremely into Star wars because I used to spend quite some time behind my PC (both for fun and for cash) but I can't even tell the difference between Starwars and Startrek. I can't watch any them for longer than 2 mins.. I watched Starwars episode 1 or something a couple of weeks ago, and I lost track/interest after a very short while.... I'm just not meant to be a scifi person, I think http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

I really enjoy watching strange movies such as Tarantino's stuff.. And UK movies are usually quite good as well. Also Bandits is one of my favourites, together with Fast and the furious.. I've seen that last one about 10 times now http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif A friend who owns a Charger almost starts to cry every time he sees "his" car being destroyed http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

I saw it; left 3/4 way through... Won't be seeing III. Tired of weak plots and love twists, not to mention the special effects were nothing to write home about. Someday, directors hopefully will get back to making real sci-fi and leave out the filler junk. Who really cares if Natalie Portman's character likes, loves or hates the young Darth? *And how many times is he going to tell her he loves here? All I know is that I went to see a sci-fi movie, and before you know it, I'm watching the two frolic in a flowery meadow while one rides a hippo looking animal and love is the air. If I wanted that, I would have saved my $8.00 and rented Sleepless in Seattle... Same goes for Spiddy... These movies make big bucks because 1) People are craving sci-fi and 2) date flicks pull in the cash. But for real sci-fi lovers, its a bit over the top...

I agree with Corey, although the weak plot and the bad actors/actress(s) are very bad, the movie was a hybrid, not a strong sci-fi, not a strong love story, not a comedy....etc..,

Star Wars is more of a science fantasy type of movie than that of a sci-fi movie. *All of the Star Wars movies thus far have dealt heavily in their mythological beliefs. *I've seen alot of similarities with Nazi Germany with the Empire in how they "rule" the galaxy. *To me the "space" aspect of it is secondary to the main movies storyline. *I personally liked Episode I right along with the other three movies. *I am planning on viewing the movie after the crowds die off, and am completely ignoring the hype. *I'll view the movie for what it is - a part of a mythological storyline. *I doubt that I'll be disappointed.
