Well, been working on this all summer,,, after some bad fortune this spring, she is finally about around. I have had it up and running, no problems there at all. I have the hood and all the gauges back in it,,, got me decals today and have them on. My smoked headlight cover will be here in a day or two, and I will be posting some pics!!! Thanks for those that have asked about my progress with her, and very soon, you will get to see!!!!

New egt gauge is also on its way,,,,

with my 2 black screw covers for the windshield screws, and my smoked headlight cover,,, this thing should be ready to roll

I am thinking of adding a snowmobileworld.com sticker to the windshield of just under the windshield and possilby adding the name puree right on the side of the tunnel,,,, kind of like a fighter pilots plane. If I do this, I will also add a few 5 to 7 mini crosshairs to the back of the tunnel,,, almost like kills.
I just dont want to over due it,,,,, I like how it looks now,,,

I did get the headlght cover today,,, it made a big big difference,,,, I will post pics on that later,,,

it is a beautiful sled brian but i think you should have put 600 triple on there just to mess with people's heads, (wow that 600 is super fast LOL)

Jeff,,, believe it or not, I was thinking of putting a crack the throttle racing sticker across the windshield,,,,, I dont want it to take up the whole windshield, but enough that you can see it,,, then do it up in the same color as the other decals..... also thought about putting puree just below the gas tank on the side of the tunnel (about 2 inches high and 5 inches long) and then put a smaller decal near the back of the tunnel with about 7 of the cross hairs,,,, 4 in the top row, and 3 in the bottom,,,, almost make it look like kills from a fighter jet,,,,

will ask permission before putting yours on though,,,,

nice job. one thing that comes to mind about your dilemma with air box is trail riding. you will not always be full throttle. so needles and pilot jets come in play. most burn downs i,ve been around are around mid throttle. plus were your tests done just jacked up in garage ? not the air flow you would get actually moving. probably already thought of this,but thought i'd metioned it good luck.

I still have the air box in it and I still run egt gauges,,, so I am hoping to catch anything before any type of burndown would occur,,,,,
