I have read many posts over the years and saw a lot of pics. so we went this weekend and WOW. *I never new they ran on a flat bald track and the shortened skiis. This was all new to me and the speeds were awsome. One guy went 147 miles per hour and about 8.6 or 8.7 in a quarter mile. And there were a couple of others right behind that. It was very cool to see and i am a fan now.

I'd really like to see it for myself also, but I'm unsure if anyone is doing it over here in Europe..
