Bought a 01 MXZX 800 w/192 studs, stock motor. I bought and installed a used pair of precision skis. The carbides are very worn. Hard to tell the length of carbide. What length of carbide(s)do you suggest for aggressive packed trail riding, with ice a distinct possibility(Vermont)? Probably go w/Woodys . I think they are called Executive. Also, what is the stock jetting for this machine and what would be suggested for 1,500 to 3,200 ft. @20 degrees f?

You are *talking the dual carbide right? If so, I would have to think 4 maybe 6" would be plenty as you have twice as much carbide on the ground. I have not personally experienced the precision skis yet but will come next winter.
If you are talking the flex skis 8" would be more than enough.
