: Show your sled
I noticed everyone's been posting pics of their AC in the AC forum, so I thought we could have the same here http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
Here's one of my 93 Mach Z, it has a '93 body, a '00 800 triple/triple, '00 track-carrying-thingy (forgot what it's called in English), 00 hydraulic brakes, 01 MXZ skis, 01 hydraulic front suspension, brand new track, brand new seat (I'm not in for racing yet, so I prefered a 2-seater so I can take my girl or whoever for a ride) and hmm that's about all there is to it. Unfortunately I don't have any action pictures, I bought it after the season and have only been able to ride it one day.
Here's a side shot:
and here's a semi-action shot http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
I removed the decals also
Nice ride, Nico!
* The best thing about your sled is that it is fueled by Swedish beer! Go for the low calorie stuff.....smokes less!
jwheeler 05-28-2002, 10:58 PM Here is my 01 mxz 700, also in the SW pics page.

The only thing, and I mean the only thing man, that I don't like about his sled is it's happiest at full throttle!! (I know, I'm sure most of us prefer'em that way!http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

doopilot 06-04-2002, 03:36 PM DanR, get yourself some aluminum polish from an auto parts store and with a little effort, they'll look better than new. You can get them to shine just like a chrome finish but they'll need polished every so often to keep them that way. *Good Luck. *:)

idooski 07-30-2002, 03:25 PM 2000 miles later it still looks the same.
2tone800X 07-30-2002, 07:37 PM idooski,
Looks like you have different front springs. *What else have you done to your sled? *With all that red, it sure looks different.
jwheeler 07-30-2002, 10:09 PM nice touch with the red man! http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif
idooski 07-30-2002, 10:21 PM What you see on the front springs are Doo's shock covers. Other than that, I have replaced the trailing arms with chrome ones, red belly pan, red thong(headlight bezel), red tunnel kicks, yellow flap (had to join the yellow flap club!http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif, 1 1/4" Team Po Race track, yellow pull handle, and extra bogies. Since that pic, I have replaced the black grills in the black part of the hood with red ones, and replaced the back half of the black grills in the yellow part of the hood with red. (so you get a 2-tone look when they are closed) There was such a slow start to the season last year that I couldn't stand just looking at it here at the shop all day, so I just kept buying 'stuff' to put on it. I think it turned out pretty sharp. This year maybe I'll see if I can get it to go faster. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

idooski 07-31-2002, 11:22 AM I don't remember him walking all over me at the air strip that day. I seem to remember that it was who got the best hole shot and that was back and forth.
I'm trying to find some time to work on it. I'm going to stud it for sure this year. Don't know if there's time to do much wrenching before it snows. Pretty busy here. Tell me he has a 900 or an F7 coming. Can't wait!!

I bought both of them used. I liked the first one so much I bought the wife one. Or at least thats what I told her. The one is longtrached with 136x1 3/4 and the other is set up for the flats with a wide kit and a 121 1 1/4.
02MXZ600 09-24-2002, 10:18 PM You guys have some really nice sleds. *Although I dont have any pictures that are scanned of mine. *I'll have to try to do that soon.
670forever 09-24-2002, 11:57 PM Hey BONZI thanks for the porting info...that made it pull harder and smoothly through midrange...It doesnt take long to get use to the few extra horses in my ride ...How long does it take to get use to 240hp.?http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif?http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif?http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif? http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
bonzi 09-25-2002, 09:27 AM Hey 670. It dosn't take long just untill your buddy gets 250 hp. Getting the clutching down will be your next project for that machine. Use mag. or tit. clutch arms, I like engagement notches for drag racing. What pipe are you using?
PM Big John on the snowest forum for good prices. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
670forever 09-25-2002, 11:48 AM BONZI..YOUR right clutching and gearing is next...i am playing around with some 287's and some GP-6's notched *for 4800 with a 230lb. start springand 18 gm.....every thing changes in the snow(vs. grass).. DO you think mags will help? this a flatlanders ride...LOL...The mags with a little more pin will give more shift force at full shiftand not over shift so much in the midrange?
PS *STOCK pipe 1/2 off the y-pipe stock can(love to lose the weight with a dyno port can Dont care for the noise(Think sleeper)
See ya...
bonzi 09-25-2002, 01:51 PM Lite weight arms help for drag racing, can't remember what year sled you have but the 97 and older need a restrictor in the pipe talk to Big John about clutch set ups. Let him know I sent you.
670forever 09-25-2002, 11:50 PM BONZI...Thanks for the heads up with big johnIwill pm him...as for the sled its mostly a 98(it is on page 3 or 4 of this post) http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
