Running on full choke means the carborator jets are plugged. Pull the carbs off and clean them out carefully. Use a fine wire to probe the jets and use plenty of carb cleaner to get the varnish out. She will run like new when you get done.
Running on choke means that you are pulling fuel thru areas that are not designed to be pulled thru. Also before you set the air mix screw, put the air filters back on and tighten them up. Balance will be off if you set them with the air filters off.
A lean burning engine will melt down very quickly, and you don't want to be learning that the hard way. Drain carbs every spring after putting gasoline stabolizer in the tank and running thru the system, and then park the machine where the sun can't hit it.

thanx for the reply i will do that. hopefully i will be able to replace the air/fuel mixture needle and spring. i really couldnt figure it out last year. i ran it all last winter on choke sad to say with a 5 gallon tank of gas it only lasted me an hour :cussing: .
maybe this year i will have a better drift jumping season.
