Is my 1999 700SKS a Gen II chassis?

Yes it is , i think they had it in the sks till 2001....

Was it 01 or 02 I know the 03 SKS is in the edge chassis.

The SKS 700 was in the Gen II from 99-02

in 2002 the SKS had the VES 700 too in the Gen II chassis :)
