I have about 6 1/2 acres of land you could leave that boat on. *I would also promise to excercise it regularly at the lake about 1/2 hour from where I live. * http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Nice toy!!

Like your floater there mxz7. Only thing is it is not deep enough for me. I have a 92 crestliner 1950 Phantom with a 150 fastrike Johnson and the biggest 12volt trolling motor I could get at the time with three fish finders with one transducer on the bow and one starboard and one port on the back, this makes it better for me to stay on the structure needed for catching walleyes (reefs) on the Ontario side of lake of the Woods.

Hehehehe....

Around November, it's finally getting cool enought to go fishing without dynig of heat exhaustion - perfect T-shirt and shorts weather down here during the day. *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

SNORAT, there are days when I wish I had a boat like yours, nice and deep. Most of the time(98%) I am on smaller lakes, under 1000 acres pounding for musky.I fish tournaments(not as many as I would like) so its nice to get to your spot before someone else does. The boat does 62 MPH on a good day.Now a popular engine is a 225.I cant keeo up with those guys. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

BTW, this is # 1000 post for me. *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/baaa.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/baaa.gif *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/baaa.gif

Mine will only run about 52mph on both fish finders and the water pickup tube. I wish I could get the beast up to 62 though. that would be great. I love the ride of the crestliner but it is not as dry as my 18 ft tyee was but the Tyee was also the worst riding boat I have ever had. But niether will beat my 96 Bayliner 19 ft fish/ski for a dry smooth ride but since Bayliner only put a 3.0 4 popper i/o in that thing it would hardly get out of it's own way with a top speed of 40 mph and that was after a year of prop changes to get the best perf out of it.

MXZ7,

Sweet tow vehicle and boat. *62mph sure is fast ..... better make sure your hat is duct taped to your head otherwise it will be fish food at that speed.... http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

I'm more into the cruising on the boat stuff than fishing.... rather go out and park it, jump in the lake, cool off, and have a few cold ones.... oh, and make sure I bring along a pair of high power binoculars to scope out the "scenery" on the nearby beach.... *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif

Mighty RX-1, I bought the boat in '94. If I would go out and buy a new outboard it would be an Evinrude. There is nothing wrong with Yamaha outboards. It just came with the boat. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
