Hey,
I'm trying to remove the heat exchangers from my F-chassis Skidoo. I've removed all the rivets, but they are still stuck in there and I don't want to pull too hard. Any Help, Please!
Thanks

the heat exchanger and the tunnel are punched through together so the hole from the exchanger actually goes into the tunnel too. after you have made sure all rivets are drilled out put a wide flat chisel or screwdriver between the exchanger and tunnel drive it in a little and pry it apart. this will take some effort as they are hard to get apart. remember there is a row of rivets on the side of the tunnel and two rows on the top, believe me those things come apart dry but they will come apart with some effort. i just took mine apart last winter so i know what your goin through. also dont be afraid to yard on it they wont break, youll be quite surprised at how heavy duty they are once you get them out, they weigh a ton.

Thanks,
I found the set on the sides the other day. I ground and punshed them out and still they would not come off. I just needed the OK to start really yanking on them. I've never taken a set out so this was new to me.
Thanks Again
