I've got one really small tear in my seat near the trunk. It's not a tear all the way through. It's just on the surface. It's only about 3 millimeters long. Anything to do that will keep it from getting bigger? I thought about some clear nailpolish. But the cold will probably wreck havoc. Maybe one of those vinyl repair kits?

I've had great luck with some good looking repairs using the vinyl repair kits from local auto supplies. Sometimes have to mess around a little coming up with a good color match, but as long as the repair is kept as small as possible, noboody will notice.

I used a kit that Walmart sells. I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to the color coat part of the repair, but the glue seems to hold up to all the tests I have done of it........The job I did looks like crap but it works for what it is intended for, only costed 6 bucks.
P.S. the glue is clear so if you wanted to not do the fake vinyl it probly wouldnt look near as bad as my job :bash:

Thanks everyone.
I guess I'll give the kit a try.
