I'm not 100% on a Ski Doo, but every pump that have seen has a small bolt/plug on the pump. *You take it out and let it bleed untill the air is out. *put a rag under the pump to catch the oil. *But if the lines aren't completely dry I will sometimes just mix a tank of gas to let the air work it self out.

do just as firecat said and then fire it up and hold up on the pump lever so it puts out maximum oil flow and let it idle to purge the small lines between the pump and carbs.
