I am insured with Primmum (TD insurance)

Last year I paid 294 full coverage(300 deduct) on an 02 xc700sp

This year they want 425 full coverage .

I have made no claims, drivers record clear etc.....

They told me over the phone that they did not "charge enough for snowmobiles" last year and that there has been an accross the board increase.

Just wondering if im getting shafted or if everyone elses insurance has gone up. I am not totally complaining after reading some peoples woes with insurance but I am a little pissed that they raised the rate almost 40%

after 20 years with the same insurance agent i changed insurance agents 5 years ago. this is the first year in 5 years that i have stayed with the same people and it is primmum for the second year in a row and my sleds have gone down to insure. the real kick in the nest is my son's insurance he pays $3400.00 a year with no collision, $1000.00 deductable on a 93 escort.

is this the place in Toronto? I am thinking of getting my insurance there. Does anyone have their phone number?

I'd guess your son to be around my age Paul, and that sound about right.

TD told me that primmum doesn't do sleds, TD does (they're sister companies or something) Anyway, my 800 triple was only 86 bucks this year, something I still can't fathom. I think i'd be much more likely to hurt myself or someone else on a 120 MPH capable rocket sled then i my old, slow blazer...but my rates certainly don't reflect that!
