However that is as only as good as your carb tuning and jetting. *These engines are er sensitive to carb setup. newf rlh6805 02-23-2002, 09:21 AM Ihad a 1998 Sno-Pro, which is pretty similar to the '99's. *The 1999's were rated at ~97 hp. *If you are looking for one, make sure the exhaust valve updates wrere done.
