Hey fellow snowmobilers, I need your input on buying a sled. I have been looking at upgrading to a newer sled. All my friends keep saying go with an 800 151, but after reading the info on the REV I have been wondering if a new REV 600 would be comparable to the 01-03 ZX 800 sleds. I boondock 3x more then climb the steep and deep. If ya could provide some input I would be much obliged. Thanks

I didn't know they made an 04 700? I live in the central sierra's with insane steep & deep hill climbs. I got an 05 800 summit 144 that climbs with 151's, and 159's. That Summit floats like nobodys business. Its not a rev but it is a rev summit.

Ok, I forgot to say I am looking at the Summit class. Although I have seen some mod MXZ for sale that have been extended to 144 and 151. I have no need to out climb an 156 thru 166. I just want to drop into the powder and know an can make it just about anywhere, with out having to get out the snowbunje.

Go with the REV chassis in my opinion. The 800 in the ZX chassis is a great sled, but the REV ddefinitelyout does it on the bumps and twisties and the 600 packs plenty of snot. Also the longer the ZX chassis is out of production the harder it will be for you to sell it when the time comes.
