I just got this sled, it was by a women so the suspension in the front and rear was soft. I adjusted the preload on the rear supesion to stiffen it up. In the manual it says the suspension should drop 2-3 inches when rider sits on sled. It dropped 2 inches but it seems like it has no more travel left in it.

Sit on the sled and have a buddy push down on the rear bumper and see how far the suspension moves.
