[quote] :cussing: I recently rebuilt my 00 Ski-doo 700 mxz. It had a major bearing failure at the end of last winter, Both PTO's and both Mag's. So a crank exchange from Fett bros, new matched forged piston from Wisco (coated by Swain Tech), and all neccessary gaskets and seals and I'm ready to put it back together. Keep in mind I tore it apart last March and reassembled this November, things get forgotten, but I don't think I did. Anywho.. I finished the assembly and install and I have no spark. I checked for wires getting pinched in mounts, gasket areas, etc. and all harnesses seem to be connected. I am mechanically inclined, though this is my first rebuild of a ski-doo late model. I come from fourwheelers. My first thought was,"did I assemble the stator correctly or did I forget a part there." Secondly I thought,"could the coil have gone coincidentally!!" I am Irish this is my luck.... I did find a small piece of rubber on my work bench and I can't trace it's origin, this motor or something that just ended up in my work area. I'll try to attach a photo of it. Any help would be good. Remember I am mechanically inclined so you can be complex about it. Oh...one more, thing I don't have a shop manual that covers 2000 models.
