Bought a set of "good" used comunicators and got stroked, one didn't work. Guy didn't want to do anything, so I sent it back to Collett to get fixed. They were over 3 years old, yet they fixed it for free! They even paid shipping back to me. You can bet I'll deal with these guys again, thats customer service!

Our whole family has a set of old collett communicators that we bougth back in the late 80s.They have always repaired them for us for free no questions asked.About the only weakness they seem to have is the cord to the battery pack eventually will get a break in it from the rider turning his head back and forth.Other than that they have been great and I wouldn't be without one.

The chatterboxes are junk for sure.
Royal wont sell the 900's as they cant get a basement price from the owners.
Pat doesnt like people that try to bully him into selling his products cheaper.
The seem to like dealing with real poeople and smaller dealers like myself, sometimes better than taking on the big companies.
