I have just bought a 99 zrt (last of the good sleds) http://www.snowmobileworld.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif anyways it has 1600 miles on it they were running regular cat oil I was wondering could i upgrade to maybe so amsoil or is it to late for a synthetic oil?

You sure can and although most say you can mix it with what you have now,to be safe you can suck whats left in your reservoir out with a suction gun.A few drops on the bottom wont hurt.

its never too late for synthetic fullthrottle. I became an amsoil dealer for the savings. I saved the money on the first case of oil. It costs me 22 canuck bucks a jug, ten bucks cheaper a jug than oem regular. I usually run 2 oil tanks of regular to seat the rings then run it down to less than a 1/4 tank of oil and then add the amsoil. I was also able to turn my oil injection down due to the better flow rate.
