are you test running it in a garage or outside in the cold..... the 700 had alot of problems with overheating.... (my old man had one) big engine and not enough coolant... on hot days she would cook.. Maybe you are leaking air somewhere and not causing the antifreeze to make it all the way through the exchangers... send us more info on how it happens.

Maybe you have an air lock from when you refilled the system. Is your rear heat exchanger getting hot when you run the sled? Remove the filler cap and squeeze the main hose from the water pump to the front exchanger. Watch in the filler neck from air bubbles. Fill and burp the system until no more air comes out. It can also help to elevate the front end.
