we are heading up to Haliburton wednesday and thursday to ride the forest. Does anyone know of any OPEN trails up there other than the forest?
If anyone else is up there those days and wants to meet up, we are driving a blue ford expedition with a black triton two place enclosed with a black zrt and a red f7 sno pro.We will be there with our two kids also.If you see us don`t hesitate to stop us and say hi :)

I'm watching the weather if it stays ridable we might be heading up on Wends evening to ride for the day on Thursday..............or I might just wait till next week as the weather looks promising after this week.

Still rather ride OFSC trails... get some real crazy riders in there! And I hate paying to ride in there!!!

Yes it was starting to rain as I left around lunchtime. My cottage is near Maple lake - about 15 min from the forest. I didnt even bother getting my sled out as there just wasnt enough snow IMO. I dont think it will be that great by Wednesday if it stays mild. We need about 10 more inches of snow and stay cold to get a good base for christmas holidays.

I phoned up there today and they said they got 2 inches of ice pellets/snow today and it was -4. Is that true or are they just feeding me a line?
