Well, I got the '99 SnoPro! http://www.snowmobileworld.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif *Too good of a deal to pass up. I forgot to ask the guy what oil he used. I've heard the power valves on this model aren't the best, so I was wondering what oil you think would be best for this sled.
Thanks for your replies.

Amsoil regular or racing 2000. *By far the best oil for any sled.

Castrol Syntec is also good at keeping the valves clean but it has a stong smell that smells really good if you like it but could be sick to someone else. *Its also a little cheaper. *

I run amsoil in my mach and castol in everything else. *I pulled the RAVE valves on my 98mxz 500 after 7000km and the valves were still clean using castrol. *Engine also has 150 compresion in both cylinders which is the same as the day i got it.

It also helps to drive hard.
