Id go with an FXR jacket.
Ive got a Yamaha Flame jacket that was made by FXR (most of Yamaha's clothing is) and its light but is by far the warmest jacket I have ever owned.
Ive owned a lot of Polaris jackets and then cant hold a candle to this jacket.
One day last winter I forgot to zip the jacket and I got about 5 miles down the trail before I realized it. It wasnt the sensation of being cold that I noticed, it was the feeling of the jacket flapping in the wind.
I also wear a MX helmet(Z1R Rail), a very thin baclavia (Yamaha frost mask), light snocross gloves (Yamaha Team Cross), a cheap pair of bibs (Yamaha Value Pants: $80) and I have been plenty warm no matter if the temps are 30* F or -10* F.

I have a Castle Jacket and I've never gotten cold, but I have no experience with the other jacket so I can't give you a comparison.
