I just bought my 200 mxz700 @the end of last year. I got to ride it for about 350 miles and loved it. I have been told that this is one of the best suspensions that can be setup many different ways. I have ridden a lot through out the years but always on someone else sled. I really want to get the best setup for me. I am 6' 3" 195# and like to go wfo love trail riding. Not a high flying snocross guy though. any help would be cool.

I am guessing that one has the SC-10 II. Anyway read your owners manual and it will tell you the basic order to go. Only do one adjustment at a time and it will be a great machine.
