Pulled the clutch on the 600 03 Rev, and noted there were a couple of groves worn in the outside sheave of the drive pulley down low close to the main shaft of the clutch. My buddy said it was because of to much slow speed operation! I said come on that can't be true..... It's a Rev!...something else has got to be wrong. It's got about 2,500 miles on it, cleaned up fine inside, and rollers and ramps etc. look fine. He also told me another friend of his had this same issue on an 03 800 and the dealer replaced this part of the clutch, under warranty.

I'm going to contact my dealer this week, to see if anything can be done.... but was wondering if any of you have seen, or had this type of problem?

Change the bushing in the primary clutch. It's bad.
