When I start my sled up, usually first time in the day, it doesn't idle well.
I have stock pilot, needle jet and needle. What should I do jet pilot down? Air and fuel screw?
Never messed with carbs. much other to change mains, any help would be great.
thanks.

You must be spoiled by a fuel injected vehicle. If a motor with a carb on it idles good when it's cold without being choked, it would be way too rich when it warmed up. A little on the lean side actually helps to keep from fouling plugs while it's warming up, makes it a little harder to jump on and blast off without warming up for a minute first.
