I just installed a powermadd boost bottle on my 02 Polaris xc sp 500 and cant get it running right now. Before i was down 2 sizes on the mains and everything else was stock and it ran perfect. After installation i had to go up 3 sizes on the main, up 2 sizes on the pilots and down a clip on needle because it was overheating. Now it loads up at idle but is perfect everywhere else so i am figuring it has to do with the pilot/air screw but everytime i lean it the plugs are white blistered after a short run.

Never tuned with the flatsides before so any ideas
