i bought a sled with twin pipes, it has the stock jets, plugs arew white, can i just drill the jets out one size bigger,

What kind of pipes are they? If you know that you can ask the manufacture what they recommend for your model.

But till then I'd jet up a couple sizes, specialy since they are stock jets!

you really should find out whos pipes they are! stock size jets with twins doesnt sound right ! dont drill them! I woulnt ride the sled with out all the info on carb set up and check to make sure that what you have!

Drilling out jets is never a good idea, it is very difficult to maintain precision. Jets are cheap, buy some new ones instead. With my 700 and PSI twins, the jetting went up 3 sizes to be safe. Start rich, work backwards. I'm with XC-Mark, I would be very wary of riding it with that lean of a condition (been there, done that, have the hole in the piston as a trophy).
