The first guy I asked to sell his 2003 Mach Z called me Dec.23 and asked me to meet him at the local Doo dealer Dec.24 and I could buy his 2003 MachZ.

I was on my way at 5:30am (it was a 2hr drive 1 way),it was rainig like heck and 14 degrees celcius, but did not fade my day at all , knowing I was going to have the machine I craved for finally.

Now I have a 2003MachZ and a 2004Rev800HO.This is an ultimate setup for me as I run both trails and rivers.

Where is the snow?

You just bought a work of art, and one hell of a powerplant.

You are going to fall in love with that missile.

You are going to be happy you have your REV for the twisties, but your going to fall in love with lakes, and groomed trails with that CK3 Mach Z.

The precision ski's are amazing, im sure you know from your REV.

The power of those sleds when you punch it from 80 is absolutly amazing.

Just keep an eye on the bulkhead, and dont go above a 1" stud.

The infamous "bulkhead clearance problem" these CK3's have are agrivating but can easily be out of sight with a set of bulkhead protectors.

I have a set of the protectors if you would like a set, they are the plastic protectors that are made by Bombardier for the CK3. Never used, comes with rivets and directions.

PM me if interested, and again enjoy your Mach Z.

Oh by the way, you may want to check out www.mzperformance.net as it is basically one big Mach Z fraternity over there. It is nothing compared to SnowmobileWorld and never will be, but it's a great place for Mach Z owners to communicate.

Goodluck, now when your REV 800 runs out of lungs, just jump on your Mach Z and watch that speedo bounce right up to 120.

Nothing sounds like a triple hauling ### across a lake. Throw some dynoports on there and watch the stares you get from other riders, it puts an ear to ear grin on your face.

Oh man, im rambling off again....I just can't help it. :inlove:

Judging by your user name, I'm guessing you've had a triple in the past. Welcome back, nothing quite like that sound!

now you'll have to change your SW name.

Hey Paul, I was thinking about that.

And by the way, I will be looking for your little friend DAWG with the 600 he says will turn your head.

I will not pick on him , but maybe let him drive the Mach for a bit. :D :D

How about a new name : TWIPLE 800 (TWIN and TRIPLE together)

the only thing about changing your name is that you loose your status you had. (posts and points) or can you change it now without having all kinds of points?

it can be done. i think it is in the controls. he might as well leave it because in time he will be back to a twin.

I will be driving my twin 800ho occassionally, and will leave my name as is.

I got the triple just to say I had the best that Doo has made.I drove my brother in laws a few times and doubted there was a better sled on the market for rivers and lakes. The twin is outstanding on the trails and works very well.

I however believe within 2-3 years we will see a new triple from Doo.There is a percentage of snowmobilers out there that want the triple and as far as I am concerned, Doo listens to the customers.
