In trying to increase the number of people active in local clubs as well as to add to the volunteer ranks can everyone comment on the following:

If you don't belong to a club what could we do to get you onboard?

If you don't belong to a club what is the main reason?

If you don't volunteer is there anything the clubs can do to get you involved?

As a local club VIA (volunteers in action) coordinator and secretary I'm looking for feedback both positive and negative to be used to help create recruitment programs that address the needs of todays busy sledders.

I volunteered and was on the executive the first year we had our club in Stephenville. Spent alot of time that year working on bridges and such. Since then I've just been too busy in the summer, and not around much in the winter so it's hard to volunteer in any way that will make a difference.
Hats off to everyone who gives their time though!
