ZR900 - 12.086 - 98.25
Mach Z - 12.251 - 98.25
RX-1 - 12.555 - 93.74
F6 - 12.802 - 93.16

The Mach Z was slower than the F6? Not how I read it.
Only the ZR900 was faster.

i gave a new mach z a heck of a run today with my f6. i could pull him a bit mid range, but then after 80 he would pull buy. they seem to have really long legs and once they get going, they really go.

With the stock track, it will be interesting to see how they hook up for snow drags.

i cant see it hookingup very well if you gear it down for shorter races that most sno drags seem to be. it will deffenetly need a deeper track. i have a 1.375 " track and there is no comparison between it and a 1" track on hook up. the 1" always has to play catch up.

I can't wait to line up with a Z and see what happens. First we need snow, then I have to find one to line up against..lol Radar runs are coming up so hoping to find some out there. What's retarded is they will all be in the same class (1,000). ZR900, Fusion 900, MachZ 1000, Thundercat 900 and 1000, and depending on location they make the RX1 all run the same class as well. Performance may be close between sleds, but CC are vastly different! I say let the ZR, Tcat 900 and fusion put a big bore 1000 cc in there and run in the "stock" 1000cc class with the rest of the 1K class sleds!
Whew, there's my off topic rant for the day...

Seen an F7 beat up on a new Mach. Once we informed the rider ( first sled he said.... looking for trouble if you ask me ) how to reset the e-raves he beat the F7 no problem. Guys gotta remember that you just can't fire them up and race. You have to take it for a run above 7200 rpms and then without shutting it off reline up and run.

Funny this thread exists...just talked with my dealer. He said they were just in Wisconsin for some riding and saw a couple Mach's while they were up there. He said they had an '05 Sabercat EXT and lined it up against one of the Machs and beat it. I'm not one to throw things like this out there, and my dealer guy is pretty conservative. I have to believe the Mach rider maybe wasn't experienced or the Mach just wasn't broken in yet  Either way, if I had a Mach and got beat by a Sabercat, I'd be fuming. Talk about walking away with your tail between your legs!!!

Jim there would have to be something wrong with the Mach. Dragging against my buddy on his Saber6 I can wait until he's left the line before I give it gas, and still run him down in 500'. And I know that my machine is far from being the fastest in a drag race. I usually get beat by the 800 Rev's, so unless the Mach is ALOT slower then anything else Ski-doo makes it should be able to run away from Firecats.

Yeah, I'm sure the Z has the power, but I'm wondering if they gave it the right track. There has been some chat about these things not hooking up....Ironic if that's the case, since that's why the Tcat had problems dominating the Z's in the first round. BTW, the Saber was a 700 and an EXT.

The Z better be able to hook up, because I've seen the Fusion hooking up and it is totally sick. They got the weight transfer dialed in on that sled.

Oddly enough the e-raves need to reset every time you start the sled. How yoyu reset them is you must exceed 7200 rpms and they will cycle and reset. Otherwise they don't function worth a pinch of coon crap. If they have not been reset the sled will be slooooooooooooooow. Don't ask me why Doo did this but them idiots did.
