I know there where complaints last year of people running out of gas with about 1 gallon left on their SDI's. Well this happened to me last week, I ran out of gas about 5 miles from town and had to be towed in, I filled the tank up and it only took 8.5 gallons. I remember there being some kind of fix or update but I can't think what it was. I like to get as much info as possible before I give the sled to the dealer to do the work under warranty. Thanks Jason

Hey Jason - it has something to do with the fuel pick-up. I had a fuel line update done at the dealer but not sure if that is what is was for. How far did you go before you ran out??.

Is this issue only on the SDI?

Good question, wonder if this affects all Rev's or just the SDI's??

That day I only had about 90 miles but that was busting trail and playing in the powder most of the day. I was expecting around 100miles on the tank but I just come up a bit short at 10 mpg. Later that night we rode trails back to the motel and was getting around 15mpg. I am pretty happy with this considering its a 136" with 1.75 lugs and the lower gear settup.

Last season I believe it was SDI's only, something to due with the pressurised fuel system but I'm not 100%.
