was wondering if a manufacturer makes a "chip" for the f6/f7 efi models? :sarcasm: :hallo1: :inlove:  :dazed:

The newer efi boxes don't have a removable chip like some of the older efis did. There is some programming boxes available from boondocker and a few other places. For the most part these are designed to add extra fuel for things like pipes, big bore kits, and the one from boondocker works with there NOS setup also.

i sent my ecu away to AC to get reprogramed for 1000'. u can also get it programed for 660' feet but its not for trial use. the programs dump extra feul in teh engine at lower rpms, so u will notice that it loads up while riding at lower speeds on teh occasion. thats somethign i am trying to cure with higher rpm engagement. if u are not into clutching and other fun stuff, i wouldnt recomend it.
