As some of you know I had crashed my sled the end of last winter and had to strip it down to the frame. *Well I finally got it running tonight. *I added a D&D single and their quite Can. *It really sounds nice can't wait to feel the difference. *Once they get the personal website area fixed I will get my new pics up.

good job zr500 bet it looks nice and i know i cant wait and my sled is still the same one must be worse with a new one
Good job. *That is a big job to undertake. *I replaced the bulk head on a PS600 last year. *There are 112 Rivits that holds that bulk head. *I bet your arms were sore. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
Make sure you get the clutches aligned.
Post a pic.

I cheated I borrowed an air rivet gun from the local dealer. *They only have a mechanic in the winter so they weren't using it and I'm really good friends with the owner. *I can't imagine doing all them by hand. *It only took about 15mins to rivet it togethor with the gun.

Glad to hear it ZR500. *It's a pain to do but it is worth it if you like the sled. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
