well there are two things that coule cause it to bog one being too lean and the other being too rich, when do you do most of your riding? when it is warm or cold?
one way to check for a lean bog if when you take off try putting the choke on a bit, and it stops bogging then you know its lean, and if it gets worse chances are it is rich to lean it out a bit just drop the needles, and vice versa to richen it not sure which carbs that sled came with but it is probably flat slide miks (all you have to do is remove the cover and loosen the small allen key holding the needle down anyway hope that helps a bit

It probably wouldn't hurt to check your belt and see if it is wore out and sitting to low in the secondary. This will cause it to bog out of the hole also. It should be 1/8 above the sheave/approx.
