went on a shakedown run made it almost a mile before the primary went boom. found another one off of a 02 mxz 800. had it installed and rode approx 20 mile before the bolt backed off. took it back to shop, they retorqued to 70ft/lbs and put loctite on the bolt and added a star washer on the concave washer.. rode 100 mi next day started hearing an unfamiliar noise in the clutch at idle, took it back to shop they said it was backing off again. unfortunately I was headed back home. my question is is this a clutch problem or should I be looking somewhere else :confused: All the shops I have talked to said they have never heard of the bolt backing off like this, please help!!! :!:
