Ya! Go to this Polaris site I found. Lots of info. Start with polaris.com then go to polaris industries then vehicles then snowmobiles then racing then garage then tips archive. Set up for trail use or racing. Keep in mind the racing jetting should not be used for trail use This lean set-up is for extremly short bursts as in sno-cross racing. I see no problem using the clutching for trail use.

Well, don't go with that, i have a 2003 and that setting sucks the big one. what i did for now was to lower the main jets to 330, 2 jet sizes below the requirement, air screw at .5 turn and the pilot screw @ 1 1/4 turn, it's good, better than what they say to do, but i still have some clutching to do so i'm still a bit luggish on take off. But if u did the clutching already this setup should work good enough.

We are running 320s in the 2000, 440X liquid at -15celcius no problem. In the 2002, 440X fan we have 310pto and 300mag, needles at #2, air screw 1 turn. In the fan we switched to regular gas and found it ran better than premium. Our elevation is aprox 1000 ft. You gotta remember every machine is different and the Polaris techs will definetly jet a little rich to prevent melt down problems.

I like the idea of 320's because the 330's are definitely a little "wet". Check my post out and give ur opinion.
