I converted a 2003 Polaris 440 L/C to trail use. I swaped the heads and the gas tank. It is stuttering @ high RPM most of the time, but not all of the time. I have disconneted the Dragon Button because it sounds just like the holeshot button when it happens. I was also told to check the reeds. they look fine. Sometimes when i ease into it, it might not do it, or as much. It will not go full throtle from a dead stop without sputtering and missing.

I believe the clutch weights are either 48 or 50 grams
