Was googling for some old Polaris parts when I came across this site (nice site by the way!)

I noticed it said logged in as Jewels (my wife) , turns out she registered when I was getting her to surf for some engine specs... so I am her for now I guess... lol

Anyway I am looking for a piston for a 1972 Polaris Charger, I believe it is a 530 cc twin & they don't make the piston anymore I guess..

I would like to find a good used original to save me finding one the same diameter with bigger skirts & doing some shaving.

I am also looking for a 1978 GP 440 brake assembly , the whole thing broke of the chain case as the throttle stuck wide open & the sled hit a tree a few farms down at about 60 mph :-)

We have the rest rebuilt just missing the brake set up , it is a friend of mines sled & he forgot to put the clip on the outer cable of the throttle.Will only happen once I'm sure-lol
